- High Fidelity digital prototype to be used for user testing
The brief for this project was to create a high fidelity prototype of an online dashboard for users of disability services. The design was based on preliminary research conducted with users to find out what they needed from the platform. The prototype needed to consider information design and accessibility as key principles, putting what the user really needs at their fingertips and making sure that it can be easily viewed and used by all users.
The final prototype would be used for user testing.
The solution to this brief was to create a dashboard design that was as simple and paired back as possible. The design was created to let the information and resources be the hero, putting what the user really needs front and center and displaying it in a really easy to consume format.
Plain, solid colours have been used throughout the design, all in alignment with W3C WCAG guidelines.
The platform was designed to empower its users so another key consideration in the design was giving users full control over their data and information, giving them the freedom to upload as much or as little as they like and have visibility into what data that their support partner organisations also have.
